We've put together a list of our most frequently asked questions, so you can have the information you need to feel confident about working with us. Design
We build your personal style profile, then present a comprehensive design package for you to review and approve. You'll have a clear understanding of how your space will appear when finished.
Sourcing
We'll locate the ideal pieces for your design that fit within your budget and have the shortest lead times, then present the list for your approval and make any adjustments you request.
Procurement
Your furnishings will be purchased and monitored for safe arrival. We handle any issues that come up with damages or delays.
Installation
Your home will be professionally styled all at once. This is our favorite day- Reveal Day!
Project Completion
We'll toast to your fabulous new home, photograph it beautifully, and follow up on any outstanding items. You get to relax and enjoy your fabulous new space.

Our full service design covers your entire design experience- from initial ideas to a fully completed space. We can source, procure, and install your furnishings leaving you with a magazine-worthy room.

We prepare a detailed proposal showing how much you can expect your design to cost. You can get quotes from our trusted trades and make the final decision on how much to spend on furnishings.

Our proposal includes an Estimated Project Timeline, showing how long each phase typically takes. A typical 5 room project can take up to 6 months. When there are delays we'll let you know right away and update your timeline accordingly.

We'll need your full attention at the beginning of the project- we recommend planning on 1 hour per week for reviewing and approving design deliverables. Once that's complete, we'll provide regular updates, site visits, and check-in calls that won't take up much of your time at all.

For a well-planned and designed space, we need at least 8 weeks lead time before starting construction. This allows us to avoid costly mistakes, ensure everything is done correctly, and guarantee a cohesive end result. We appreciate your patience during this important phase.

We do not employ contractors, but gladly refer our trusted tradespeople for you to select from. We provide design visuals for your trades and conduct site checks to ensure everyone is on the same page. We can also provide recommendations for special trades you may require to realize your design.

We primarily take advantage of our trade accounts to bring you the best quality furnishings at the best price. Occasionally, we find a retail item or vintage piece that's we just can't do without, and will include it in your sourcing. For accessories our team will shop the town at our favorite retail sources to fill out your space.

We offer exclusive discounts on select furnishings and materials, giving you access to below-retail pricing. You gain access to unique and high quality pieces that aren't widely available, setting you apart from your neighbors'

If you prefer to shop on your own, we can provide a design-only or a shopping list you can work from. However, we highly recommend leaving it to us, so you don't have to stress about the final results, hassling with returns, or searching for replacements.
